To Access Blackboard

• The easiest way to access Blackboard is through myNOVA. To access myNOVA, visit https://mynova.villanova.edu/ and click the "Sign In" link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. After signing in, you can enter Blackboard by clicking on the Blackboard Learn tile.

• Goto the Villanova Zoom Login page.  Click Login and enter your Villanova credentials.  Once you complete this step, your Zoom Account will be created.

  • LockDown Browser is a custom browser that locks down the testing environment within a learning management system

  • Respondus Monitor, which works with Respondus LockDown Browser and your Blackboard exam, uses a student’s webcam and microphone, as well as analytics to help prevent cheating during non-proctored exam.  It records the student while they are taking the exam and provides the instructor access to the video recording and analytics to review.
