Student Organization Event Form Submission

Your event request will now be reviewed.
- Your room is not confirmed until you have received an email telling you that your room is reserved.
- If you have submitted an EVENT (i.e. not just a student organization meeting) you MUST also follow up with an email to events@law.villanova.edu to make specific arrangements.
- If you have facilities requests for this event (moving furniture, security, etc.), you MUST also follow up with an email to mariani@law.villanova.edu to discuss specifics.
- If you have specific Audio/Visual needs for this event (i.e. microphones, projectors, Worby Video Wall, etc), you MUST also follow up with an email to brian.sirak@villanova.edu to discuss the technology you need.
- If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, you MUST submit and get approval via the alcohol approval form.
