DUAL DEGREE AND JOINT PROGRAMS IN THEOLOGY

Graduate students and faculty in discussion

Dual Master’s Programs provide alternate, cost- and time-effective paths to earning two Villanova University degrees. Most may be completed in three years rather than the four years it would take to earn them separately. Some may be completed in just two years.

Our Joint Master's & Certificate Programs permit you to combine a master's degree with a non-degree certificate across disciplines in the Humanities and in the Social Sciences.

Two doctoral students, Nathaniel Grimes and Ailie Posillico, are the recipients of a College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Summer Research Fellowship for 2021. Nathaniel will look at how cultural imagination about policing is formed through theological writing and Ailie's work will demonstrate how Christian literature functions as an alternative space in which to enact otherwise demonized expressions of desire.
