Replacement Card Policy

If a Wildcard is lost, there is a $30.00 replacement fee for students, staff, and faculty at the time of purchase. The fee can be paid with cash, check, debit/credit, or Nova Bucks™. In situations where other forms of payment are not available, the card may be charged to the student’s Bursars account at the Wildcard staff’s discretion.

If the Wildcard has damage beyond normal wear and tear, the replacement fee is $20.00. If the Wildcard is damaged due to normal wear and tear the replacement is at no cost to the patron. If a fee is assessed, and the patron challenges the decision, the Wildcard staff will make the final decision on the fee assessment.
