Loaner Equipment (E-COM)

UNIT provides various types of portable equipment to faculty, staff and students (for university events and projects) located in Room 13 in the Tolentine basement. The program is for short term and occasional use of equipment. Students wishing to checkout equipment must have a faculty or staff member fill out the E-COM Equipment Loan Request Form.  

The equipment MUST BE RESERVED 3-4 days in advance and is provided on a first come-first serve basis

  • HD Video Cameras
  • SD Flip Cameras (Small)
  • Digital Audio Recorders
  • Data/Video Projectors
  • Pop-up Projection Screens
  • Multi-region Blu-ray/DVD Players
  • Portable PA Systems (Wired and Wireless)
  • Document Cameras (Replaces Transparency/Overhead Projectors)

UNIT does have some legacy equipment available for long term departmental loan. This equipment is by special arrangement only.

To reserve loaner equipment please fill out the E-COM Equipment Loan Request Form.  If you have any issues with completing the form, please call E-Com at 610-519-4467. If you do not speak to someone directly, please leave a message with your name and contact information along with the date needed and type of equipment needed and someone will promptly return your call.
