How to schedule a quiz or test with the Tolentine Test Center

Step 1

Email tolentine.testcenter@villanova.edu to explain that you need to schedule an exam so you can access the Tolentine Test Center Sign Up Form. (If you don’t have a ClockWork profile, we will need to create one for you before you can schedule a quiz or test.) Students who are registered with LSS should confirm that the Falvey Test Center is completely full and students who are registered with ODS should confirm that the ODS Test Center is completely full before scheduling with the Tolentine Test Center.

Step 2

Complete the Tolentine Test Center Sign Up Form. To fill out this form, you will need to know the course information and details about how long the class was scheduled to take the quiz or test. You should also provide a preferred date and a range of times for when you can take this quiz or test. The Tolentine Test Center is open M, W, F 9 am –   5 pm and T, Th 1 – 9 pm.

Step 3

Your quiz or test will not be scheduled until you receive the Confirmation Email from tolentine.testcenter@villanova.edu. This will include the details for your scheduled quiz or test. A confirmation email will also be sent to your professor. If you have any questions or concerns about your scheduled test, you should contact tolentine.testcenter@villanova.edu to make changes or cancel your scheduled quiz or test.

Step 4

Go to Tolentine 121 a few minutes before your scheduled time to check in and start your quiz or test.

All students utilizing the LSS Test Centers should review the academic integrity policy about taking tests in LSS Test Centers.
