Villanova's online and hybrid bachelor's degree program and credit-bearing certificate in Human Resource Management provides a framework for the application of human resource principles that can be applied in a broad range of organizational settings. It can be taken as a certificate or can be added as a minor for students pursuing another major.

The Human Resource Management major was created in partnership with Villanova's Human Resource Development (HRD) graduate program. Students who complete a BIS with a major in HRM will be prepared to continue on into the combined BIS/MS Human Resource Development graduate program and the HRD prerequisite courses will be waived!
