IIE INCUBATOR
The IIE Incubator program supports student entrepreneurs at the earliest stages of venture development by providing funding, education and mentorship. This program is for ventures with a validated idea and with a rough plan for building the product or service. Ventures can be for-profit, social enterprises or non-profit organizations.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Mentorship
Ventures will start the program with a goal setting meeting with the program director. Then they will be paired with experienced entrepreneurs with process or industry expertise to provide guidance as you work to your goals. Ventures will be required to attend regular meetings with their mentors and the program director.
Education
The curriculum will include a mix of live speaker sessions, workshops, and content pulled from top venture development programs such as Y Combinator.
Funding
If your venture is accepted into the program, you'll receive a $500 grant to use towards building your company. Upon successful completion of the incubator program, you will receive an additional $1,500.
