General Fee

The General Fee is a non-optional fee required of all students.  The fee supports various programs and services at Villanova. Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Library
  • Learning Support Services
  • Career Services
  • Registration
  • Speakers
  • Intramural Athletics
  • Access to Athletic sporting events (some limitations apply) 

Health & Wellness Fee

The Health & Wellness Fee is a non-optional fee required of all students.  The fee supports various programs and services at Villanova. Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Office of Health Promotion Programs
  • Student Health Center Services
  • University Counseling Center

Villanova begins producing Fall semester bills in July (due in August) and Spring semester bills in November (due in December).

  1. Undergraduates are charged the semester tuition rate if they are enrolled in 9 credits or more in that semester.  If enrolled in less than 9 credits undergraduates are charged the per credit rate for each credit hour taken.

  2. An Orientation Fee of $274 is charged to first year undergraduate students.
     

Please note the semester tuition rate is charged to students enrolled in 9 credits or more.

Full-time enrollment for federal, state, and institutional aid is defined as 12 or more credits a semester.

Athletic aid and participation, housing access, etc. is also defined as 12 or more credits a semester.

NOTE: Summer 2024-Tuition is assessed the per credit rate and also a $100 general fee.

The tuition that a Law Student pays is set at the year the student matriculates, and does not change for the three-year duration of the program.

Example: A First Year Law School Student in the 2024-2025 can expect the tuition rate to be $58,000 in both the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 academic years.
