The Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law hosted its signature event—the annual Sports Law Symposium—on Friday, April 7, 2017. This year's symposium, Sports, Media and Millennials, featured an in-depth look into changing patterns of consumer demand in sports.

Prior to the event start, the Moorad Center will host a special session entitled “Getting into the Agent Business.” Jerrold Colton, an NFL and NHL agent whose client roster includes David Akers and Jahri Evans, Ed Wasielewski '95 CLAS, a certified NFL agent whose roster includes Denver Broncos Wide Receiver Cody Latimer, Jeffrey S. Moorad and Andrew Brandt lead a revealing discussion about the business and how to launch your career. This session, geared for law students, will be held from 8:15-9 a.m. in the Law School (Rm 102).
