OFFICE OF HEALTH PROMOTION

Welcome!

The Office of Health Promotion is a resource and referral hub for information on topics stretching the six dimensions of health and well-being: Social, Physical, Intellectual, Cultural, Emotional, and Spiritual.
Health Promotion staff members consult with students on the latest information on college health and well-being, and develop programs and educational opportunities for students. Peer educators are trained to provide peer-to-peer programs on alcohol and other drugs, sexual violence, sexual health, nutrition, and fitness.
The Office of Health Promotion works closely with the University Counseling Center and Student Health Center to ensure students are aware of the resources and services available to them as members of the Villanova community.
In an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 we are providing services virtually. To connect directly to Health Promotion staff members, e-mail healthbytes@villanova.edu, call 610-519-7407 or visit the Thrive 365 portal from MyNova. In-person services will be provided if appropriate, so please do not hesitate to reach out!
COVID-19 GRANT
EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES
With everything that typically goes on in college students’ lives,
the additional worries of COVID-19 can make everything even more
overwhelming. As students and interns at the Office of Health Promotion
focused on promoting health and well-being, we understand how
challenging it can be to balance our normal responsibilities, along with
the new responsibilities that come with the Caritas Commitment.
Never has there been a time more clearly demonstrating the impact our
individual actions can have on the greater community than COVID-19.
