FOCUS ON NUTRITION
Join Health Promotion staff throughout the spring semester for short, 20-minute virtual workshops on a variety of topics focused on nutrition, from weight management to debunking diet myths to connecting the dots between food and our mood. All workshops will be offered live on Zoom and recordings will be stored in the Health Promotion Teams folder.

During the month of February, in partnership with the Title IX office and other campus and community partners, we highlight the many resources and services to support students who want to get more involved in raising awareness about unhealthy relationship behaviors, recognizing how to have healthy and mutually satisfying relationships of all kinds, and how to safely and compassionately support someone who may be feeling stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns. One Love Escalation film screening & workshop
Unhealthy relationship behaviors often go unrecognized because people don’t have the tools to identify them until they escalate to abuse. The Escalation workshop is grounded in one student’s untimely death at the hands of her partner and the work of her family to raise awareness and empower today’s students to recognize unhealthy behaviors and respond in ways that are safe and effective.
