SECOND DEGREE ACCELERATED BSN

 

The Second Degree Accelerated BSN is designed for college graduates with a bachelor's degree in another discipline who wish to embark on a career in Nursing. Students may choose to enroll in a 14-Month Express Track or a 23-Month Flex Track.

The Second Degree Accelerated BSN track, which is approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education incorporates all the standard components of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in a concentrated timeframe. Students are able to take advantage of some of the same opportunities that are available to other BSN students.

14-MONTH EXPRESS TRACK

  • Tuition: $52,500 (2024)
  • Begin in May | Finish August of the subsequent year
  • Application Deadlines
    • September 15 (First Deadline)
    • December 15 (Second Deadline)

 

 

23-MONTH FLEX TRACK

  • Tuition: $52,500 (2024)
  • Begin in August (finish in 23 months)
  • Designed for students who may want to work part-time or manage external responsibilities while enrolled as a student
  • Application Deadline

VIRTUAL INFORMATION SESSIONS

Attend a virtual information session and prepare to take the next step in your career. You will connect with the Second Degree BSN track Director and a current student to learn more about the 14 month Express and 23 month Flex track options as well as application and admission information.  Attendees receive an application fee waiver code.

 

 

SIMULATION AND LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER TOURS

We encourage prospective Second Degree Accelerated BSN students to join us for an on-campus informational tour of our Simulation and  Learning Resource Center (SLRC) to see how clinical simulation is integrated throughout the curriculum.
