PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEOGRAPHERS
Photographers/ Videographers are required to sign the below Agreement and provide an insurance certificate (if required) prior to performing services to Villanova. However, if the photographer/ videographer provides his/her/their own contract, the University may chose to use the Photographers/ Videographers' contract rather than the Photographer/ Videographer Services Agreement. If the Photographers/ Videographers' contract needs to be reviewed as required by The Villanova University Signing Authority and Contract Review Procedure, please send the contract to Insurance and Risk Management who will review and add all necessary terms.
If the Photographer/ Videographer is a new vendor to the University, the Photographer/ Videographer will upload the insurance certificate (if required) and signed Agreement into PaymentWorks as part of the onboarding process.
If the photographer/ videographer will be using drones, the Villanova department needs to contact Insurance & Risk Management prior to engaging with the photographer/ videographer as there are additional Villanova departments that need to be involved. In addition, Insurance & Risk Management will provide the appropriate Agreement that also includes Villanova requirements regarding drones (aviation insurance, following FAA rules and regulations including maintaining a Remote Pilot Certificate and registration of the drone, etc.).
- Photographer/ Videographer Services Agreement- No use of drones
