Printer Ordering

To order a network printer follow the steps below:
- Log into XSE’s website through MyNova's Procurement Link and then selecting Mercury Commerce.
- Click on easyPurchase.
- Click on New Cart/Requisition
- Select XSE from the catalog drop down menu
- Click on search.
- The XSE website will launch containing list of University pre-approved printers
- Select the one that best suits your needs and proceed to check-out

How do I know what printer is right for my department?

How does the charge per page work?
Our per page plan removes the disadvantages of printer ownership. These plans help eliminated concerns of printer repair costs, the fluctuation of consumable prices (i.e. toner, fuser, and maintenance kits). XSE Group will bill the department for the number of prints, these charges can be less than a penny per page.
Why are the per page charges higher on the lower priced printers?
Two primary reasons:
1. Higher drum yields
2. Higher capacity toner cartridges
Who do I contact if I forget my XSE username and password?
On the homepage of both the Supply and Service Web Portal, there is a “Forgot” password option. When prompted provide your site user name, and a temporary password will be emailed you to. If this does not work please feel free to call our customer service group at (215) 345-9155.
What the N and DN after the model number mean?
N = Network capable
D = Duplex capable or two-sided printing
T = Ships with additional paper trays
What does the maintenance contract include?
XSE Group of PA maintenance contract includes all parts, repair labor and supplies (paper is not included).

How quickly will the printer be delivered once I order it?
Our product can take up to 2 weeks to ship, this is dictated by our stocking level.

Where can I see the network printers that XSE has available?
All available network printers offered by XSE Group are listed on our vendor page inside of Mercury.
Can I order a network printer and just connect it directly to my computer?
At this time, all network capable printers need to be connected to network in order to participate in Villanova's MPS program.
Once the printer is delivered, how do I connect it to Villanova’s network?
XSE Group and UNIT have partnered to streamline the process of connecting your new printer. Before your new printer is shipped, we will notify UNIT and a helpdesk ticket will be entered. A representative from UNIT will connect your new printer on the day of delivery.
How do I request service for my printer?

If my printer needs repair how quickly will XSE be on site to fix it?
