Printer Ordering


Xerox is now the preferred vendor through XSE for our campus print environment. Why move to Managed Print Services? Managed Print Services can reduce the total cost to the university by managing and optimizing printer use, improving environmental sustainability and can improve document security. Cost savings can be as much as 30% of an organizations printing budget.

To order a network printer follow the steps below:

  • Log into XSE’s website through MyNova's Procurement Link and then selecting Mercury Commerce.
  • Click on easyPurchase
  • Click on New Cart/Requisition
  • Select XSE from the catalog drop down menu
  • Click on search
  • The XSE website will launch containing list of University pre-approved printers
  • Select the one that best suits your needs and proceed to check-out
