Events for colleges and departments are scheduled using the list of approved photographers that are maintained by Marketing. 

College personnel and Student Life departments should check with their Communications Director on how to proceed with scheduling.

If you do not have a Communications Director, please feel free to email and we will be happy to provide information on how to proceed.

Villanova University’s stock photography and publication photoshoots are managed concept through completion by the Marketing team. This includes initial meetings, photoshoot planning, on-site production, contracts and legal releases required to ensure the viability of imagery for the University stock photography archive. We also facilitate image delivery and billing for stock and publications.

Villanova University maintains full copyright control of photos, including rights to any images taken during assignment shoots booked through University Communication and Marketing. Images may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission by the University Communication and Marketing Department.

When provided with an image from University Communication and Marketing, you are given rights to the use of the image for an agreed upon purpose. No copyright permission is transferred and permission is not implied for future use.

You may not sell or distribute images provided by University Communication and Marketing or use the image in any way that could be considered defamatory, libelous, obscene, immoral or fraudulent to Villanova University or the Augustinian Order.
