Villanova University is an Augustinian Catholic community of higher education committed to excellence and distinction in the discovery, dissemination and application of knowledge. University Communication and Marketing (UCM) is responsible for promoting, elevating and broadening the understanding of Villanova and its mission, academic excellence, heritage and values. The Office defines and guides the University’s overall communication and marketing strategy.  

UCM is composed of over 70 professionals who lead marketing and communication efforts across the entire University, providing full spectrum expertise and services in communication and marketing, including publications, public relations, web content, social media, photography, video, graphic design, and undergraduate and graduate recruitment.

UCM works collaboratively with all areas of the University and includes integrated teams that are responsible for marketing and communication for Villanova’s six colleges and schools as well as key areas, including the Office of the Provost and its reporting units, Admissions, University Advancement, Student Life and Mission & Ministry.
