Please complete and submit a new form for each term (or online session) you have registered for and would like to utilize your benefit

*Please utilize your Villanova student e-mail address to prevent submission errors
(e.g. BS, MA, MS, MBA, etc.)
(e.g. Public Admin., Human Resources Development, Nursing, etc.)
Please submit a seperate form for each session

If you would like to attach supporting documentation to your VA Enrollment Verification form (e.g. COE, DD-214, FTA/EAP Award Letter, etc.) please do so below:

Saturday, December 9 -  The University's database will be undergoing maintenance.   Delivery of electronic transcripts will be delayed on Saturday.    Regular processing will resume after maintenance has been completed.  Paper transcript processing will resume during normal business hours, Monday December 11.

You may still place transcript orders while maintenance is being performed.     Thank  you!
