Virtual Appointments
Schedule an online appointment to have your Registrar questions answered!
In order to better ensure that we are compliant with Villanova University guidelines regarding social distancing, the Office of the Registrar will not be available to walk in traffic other than by appointment. We will be open virtually, to meet with you via on line meeting, e-mail or phone. We want to answer your questions and meet your needs in a timely fashion.
If you have paperwork that you need to share with us we recommend utilizing the temporary mailboxes on the first floor of Kennedy Hall by the left side steps. Each box will be labeled by office. Boxes will be checked throughout the day and paperwork will be processed and responded to within 24 business hours.
We understand that this situation is not ideal, and our greater preference would be to conduct business as usual. But these are unprecedented times and safety remains our top priority. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you we will be working hard to ensure your concerns are met.
Thank you for your understanding and continued cooperation.
