THURSDAY, MAY 1
4:30 PM | Rowen Campus Green
On the last day of class, the VU Seniors Committee invites a faculty member to deliver one last lecture. The Last Lecture and Class of 2025 Toast is a great way to celebrate your accomplishments as a class and hear parting words from a favorite Villanova professor. The selected faculty member will be revealed during the Last Lecture. Registration is required, but this event is free of charge.
FRIDAY, MAY 9
4:30 PM | The Court at Donahue Hall - South Campus
Reminisce, dine, and celebrate the journey that began four years ago with your fellow classmates with a final meal on South Campus. Registration is required, but this event is free of charge.
SUNDAY, MAY 11
7:00 PM | St. Thomas of Villanova Church
All are welcome at the Senior Mass, which brings students together in reflection and gratitude, featuring a mix of music, readings, and blessings that inspire graduates as they prepare for the week to come. Registration is not required.
8:00 PM | Mendel Field
Twilight Shadows Gather calls back to the Alma Mater and begins immediately following the Senior Mass on Mendel Field for a special candlelight moment on campus as a cohort of graduates. Registration is not required.
MONDAY, MAY 12
3:30 PM | Xfinity Live! - South Philadelphia
The 'Cats may not be playing at the Wells Fargo Center, but Xfinity Live! is the place to be. Join us for this special event to celebrate the Class of 2025 for one more Last Call!
A portion of Xfinity Live! will be exclusively reserved for the senior class, and this all-inclusive experience includes three drink tickets and unlimited food from select vendors. Get your adrenaline pumping on the mechanical bull or belt out your favorite tunes at karaoke. A cash bar is also available in addition to the included drink tickets. Registration required.
6:45 PM | Citizens Bank Park - South Philadelphia
There’s no better way to celebrate the Villanova Class of 2025 than a night at Citizens Bank Park! Join us as the Phillies take on the St. Louis Cardinals and experience Philadelphia—our city of brotherly love, cheesesteaks, and shared memories. Sit together with your fellow Villanova students and enjoy a fun night at the ballpark. Registration required.
TUESDAY, MAY 13
12:00 PM | Mendel Field
Join your senior class for the Senior Picnic, an annual tradition for the graduating class. This event includes four drink tickets, lunch, live entertainment, fun, and games! Registration is required.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 14
6:00 PM | Mullen Center for the Performing Arts
This event is invitation only for students who've given $25 or more to the
7:30 PM | Finneran Pavilion
This signature event for the senior class will conclude Commencement Week as the Graduation Weekend celebrations begin, and is a night filled with music, dancing, entertainment, food, and drink. Enjoy an open bar selection of various beers, wines, and seltzers throughout the evening as well as gourmet catering from celebrity chef Jose Garces. Dance the night away in a transformed Finneran Pavilion, and raise a glass with the friends who have made your time at Villanova memorable. The dress is blue and white - and both formal and casual dress are welcome! Registration required.
THURSDAY, MAY 15

All are welcome to attend this special ceremony honoring graduating seniors whose stories or identities are underrepresented on our campus, or who have required extra strength or resilience to graduate from Villanova University.
Register through the Center for Access, Success, and Achievement.

FRIDAY, MAY 16

All bachelor, master, doctoral and law graduates and their guests are welcome at this beautiful event that brings the community together. A special Augustinian blessing offered at the end of the Mass is one of Villanova's most treasured traditions.
No RSVP required. Baccalaureate is approximately 1.5 hours long and will also be livestreamed.
Lunch Offering
Immediately following the Baccalaureate Mass and prior to the Bachelor's Degree Commencement Ceremony, a picnic lunch provided by Wawa may be purchased and enjoyed outside throughout campus for your convenience. Lunch must be purchased in advance online and will be available for pick-up at Mendel Field immediately following Baccalaureate. The order form will open in late Spring 2025.
2:30 PM | Villanova Stadium
University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA and the deans from each of the Colleges and Schools will confer degrees. At this ceremony, the names of all graduates will be called, and graduates will walk across the stage.
Each undergraduate is permitted up to four guests. In the event of severe weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors and two guests will be permitted. Graduates will receive their guest tickets in MarchingOrder in early May 2025. The ceremony procession begins at 2:15 PM. The Commencement Ceremony is approximately 3 hours long and will also be livestreamed.
5:30 PM | Designated Areas Throughout Campus
Immediately following Commencement is the President's and Deans' Reception where graduates and their guests can enjoy light refreshments while celebrating with fellow graduates and faculty in college-designated locations throughout campus.
