Graduation Announcements
Graduation announcements, thank you notes, and other commemorative items are available via Villanova University through the Bartley Print Center. You can choose customizable printed announcements which include personalized pictures and text. Announcements can be shipped to your home, office or can be picked up at the Bartley Print Center. For ordering information and further details, please visit the iPRINT website. Grads or family members can create accounts.

Villanova also partners with an off-campus vendor, The Commencement Group, that offers flower and gift options for graduates.  These can be picked up by students on campus after the ceremonies or direct shipped. You can place your order on this website.

HOTELS & RESTAURANTS

There are plenty of hotels and restaurants options close to Villanova that cater to all price points and atmospheres. 

PARKING

Commencement Parking

All vehicles will need a Commencement parking pass to park on campus during graduation weekend. Regular campus parking permits will not be valid. Commencement parking passes are valid for the following designated parking lots:

  • On-campus parking lots: I-1, I-2, L-1, L-2, L-3, L-4, S-4, S-5, S-6, W-2
  • Off-campus parking lot (shuttle service provided): Radnor Financial Center, 150 N Radnor Chester Rd. Wayne, PA 19087

Arrive early. Traffic and parking will be extremely congested. Graduates and guests are encouraged to carpool or utilize public transportation. As parking lots fill, vehicles will be directed to the next available lot. 

Special Needs Drop-Off and Accessible Parking

Persons with mobility needs may be dropped off near each venue at the designated special needs drop-off locations. No special pass is needed to utilize the drop-off locations. Once the individual is dropped-off, the driver will be directed to park in an available campus lot. Those planning to utilize the drop-off locations should plan to arrive early. Traffic and parking will be very congested.

Vehicles with state-issued handicapped placards may park in the following designated accessible parking lots: M-1 and M-2 (access via the main entrance on Ithan Ave.), or A-2 (access via the Galberry Hall entrance on Lancaster Ave.)

Shuttles and Ride Sharing

Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off at designated locations on campus and at the Radnor Financial Center parking lot from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13 and Saturday, May 14.

Use of ride share services such as Uber or Lyft is encouraged, and drivers should be directed to drop-off at the M-1 or M-2 lots (access via the main entrance on Ithan Ave.), or the A-2 lot (access via the Galberry Hall entrance on Lancaster Ave.)

DINING AND UNIVERSITY SHOP HOURS

Food/Beverage Options 

On Friday, May 13, immediately following the Baccalaureate Mass and prior to the Commencement Ceremony, a picnic lunch provided by Wawa will be offered on campus to be enjoyed outside on the Campus Green. Lunch can be purchased online for $10 per person and will be available for pick-up on campus immediately following Baccalaureate. Lunch orders must be placed by May 1. Purchase your lunch now.

On-campus à la carte food/beverage options (coffee, water, light refreshements):

  • Friday 5/13: Bartley Exchange Café 8:00am-2:00pm; Holy Grounds @ Connelly 8:00am-2:00pm
  • Saturday 5/14: Bartley Exchange Café 8:00am-2:00pm; Holy Grounds @ Connelly 8:00am-2:00pm

University Shop Hours

  • Monday - Thursday: 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM
  • Closed on Sunday
