DANIEL M. DILELLA CENTER FOR REAL ESTATE
BUILDING LEADERS THROUGH EXPERIENCE
The Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate was established to provide outstanding academic and professional development opportunities to Villanova students in the field of real estate. The DiLella Center supports faculty research and teaching, ensuring relevance in the curriculum through the incorporation of site visits, experiential learning projects, industry-standard tools and the perspectives of industry experts.
Through the DiLella Center, undergraduates can pursue a major, co-major or minor in real estate—with real estate focused courses including investments, law, development, modeling, accounting, capital markets and economics—while graduate students can specialize in real estate through the Villanova MBA program. The DiLella Center also supports VSB’s student-run Real Estate Society.
The DiLella Center connects and mobilizes the Villanova real estate community—through educational programs, thought leadership initiatives and networking events—to expand the horizons of a new generation of real estate leaders and to generate vibrant conversations on issues facing the real estate industry.

DAN-TOM Real Estate Student Managed Fund
In the fall of 2018, VSB and the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate launched the Daniel M. DiLella and Thomas M. Mulroy (DAN-TOM) Real Estate Student Managed Fund. Villanova University is the first university to offer undergraduate students the opportunity to manage a real estate investment fund.
The fund consists of students serving as senior managers, analysts and interns who work cohesively to research, evaluate and underwrite potential commercial real estate investment opportunities.
