Present with Captions in PowerPoint 365 and Google Slides

As Zoom provides captions for meetings recorded to the cloud only (captions are not included during live meetings or local recordings), two presentation applications below can provide live captioning.

In your live session via Zoom or Blackboard Collaborate, you may need to share your screen first and then present from one of the following applications.

2.1 PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 and PowerPoint for the web

PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 and PowerPoint for the web can transcribe your words as you present and display them on-screen as captions in the same language you are speaking, or as subtitles translated to another language.
