For issues including apartment appliances, cleaning/custodial, electrical walls/ceiling, furniture, fire safety equipment, general maintenance, heating/cooling, lights, pest control/extermination, plumbing, washers and dryers, windows:
Submit a service request directly to the Facilities Management Office or Residence Life.
Please note in order to submit a service request, you must be logged into your MyNova account.
If your room combination is not working:
Please see your RA or call Public Safety to access your room.
If you need a lock combination change:
Please go to the Office for Residence Life, Kennedy Hall 2nd floor, as identification is required.
If you need help with cable television, computer or internet:
E-mail UNIT User Support or call the Help Desk at 610-519-7777.
If there is an issue with a vending machine:
Please email the location of the machine and your concerns to Dining Services.
