REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT MINOR
Offered jointly with the Villanova School of Business through the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate, the Real Estate Development minor is specially designed for Civil Engineering students to learn more about commercial real estate development from a business perspective. Civil Engineering students take classes and interact with VSB students who are themselves pursuing a Real Estate minor (or co-major) within VSB.

Experiential Learning Opportunities in Real Estate Development
The Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate offers Villanova students many experiential opportunities including visits to New York City, Philadelphia and Washington DC to tour real estate companies and current projects. Visits often include meeting top executives. Other opportunities include multiple real estate development case competitions.
