Technical Support Services - Hardware Group - Provides on-site Hardware Services and Support, Hardware Asset Administration and Printing Support to the entire university.

Where can I shop for Dell computer products for our department?

Villanova has a Dell Premier site that will list all the standard Dell computer equipment used at Villanova.  You can shop for laptops, desktops, monitors and computer accessories.

How do I put in a request for used equipment to use in my department?

Create a ticket for redeploy equipment in SSHD.  Please list what types of equipment you need, the quantity and what you will be using it for.  We will promptly let you know if we can fulfill your request.

How do I get reimbursed when I purchase non-standard computer equipment?

You will need to enter a ticket into SSHD to have the computer asset tags by UNIT’s Hardware department.  Then you can submit that information to Procurement Department.
