Traditional Breakfast fare offered including a variety of cereal brands and hot oatmeal.

Eggs and Omelets are cooked to order Monday through Friday.

A rotation of Pancakes, Belgian Waffles, French Toast, Hash Browns, Home Fries, Lyonnaise Potatoes, Potatoes O'Brien, Tots, Turkey Sausage, Pork Sausage, Chicken Sausage, Corned Beef Hash, Cremed Chipped Beef, Canadian Bacon and Turkey Bacon is offered.

Healthy Choices in St. Mary's Dining Hall

· Our made-to-order stir-fry or pasta can be cooked with a myriad of healthy options, customized for you. Ask a chef to start with a whole grain pasta or brown rice and fill with veggies for the most nutrition.

· The salad bar is always an option in St. Mary’s. The deli options are close to the salad bar, so you can build a smart sandwich or wrap too.

· A Vegan soup is offered every day. Vegan and vegetarian entrees are available everyday during lunch and dinner.

· Fresh fruit, granola, and yogurt are available to build yourself a parfait to begin your morning, or start with oatmeal or a whole grain cereal. Plant-based beverages are located in the allergen replacement refrigerator if you’re looking for Soy or Almond milk for your cereal or coffee.
