Villanova’s chefs and managers understand that for the development of the whole student—mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, culturally and socially—nutritional needs must be met. We do not use any hydrogenated oils, monosodium glutamate (MSG). Our team members are always available to answer your questions or to help you navigate our dining operations.

Villanova University is committed to providing our students, faculty and staff with delicious and nutritious meals that meet your specific dietary needs and intolerances. We employ a full-time Registered Dietitian and Chef Nutritionist, and educate our staff on food allergies and food preparation. Each dining hall offers a variety of products for those with dietary restrictions. We do not handle peanuts or tree nuts in in any food prepared in our kitchens, however, there may be commercially pre-packaged nut products available in some dining locations. We wish to make dining at Villanova as easy, enjoyable and nutritious for you as possible and any of our chefs or managers can help you.

For specific dietary needs, please use the Allergy and Special Diets Needs Request form or contact our Registered Dietitian via email or at 610-519-7549 or our Chef Nutritionist via email or at 610-519-8991.

If you are committed to a plant-based diet or just want to incorporate more into your daily meals, we offer a wide selection of tasty and nutritious vegan and vegetarian meals. Each residence dining hall offers plant-based options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
