What can I eat?

There are many types of vegetarians. Below are examples of the different types of vegetarian foods that you will find in our All-You-Care-To-Eat Dining Halls. 

Vegetarian

Pescatarian

Pescatarians eat no beef, pork, or poultry. Pescatarians do consume seafood, eggs, and dairy. Our seafood options are also sustainable, following the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch guidelines.
