The Office of the Dean of Enrollment Management, Office of the Registrar, Office of Student Retention Services, Office of Veterans and Military Service Members and the Information Management Group are being relocated to Kennedy Hall on Wednesday December 5, 2018.
Services provided by these offices will be unavailable from 1 PM on Tuesday December 4 through Friday December 7, 2018, with limited services beginning Monday December 10, 2018.
Electronic transcripts will continue to be processed during this time. Other services, including paper transcripts, will not be available until Monday, December 10.
Students expecting degrees for December 2018:
Please verify your degree status by accessing the Verify Diploma Information link from the Graduation Channel on the Student Tab of myNOVA. If you are expecting a diploma and no degree information appears here, please contact email@example.com at once. December 2018 degrees will be posted to transcripts by January 15, 2019. Diplomas will be mailed directly to the address specified on your Prospective Graduation Form or Application to Graduate. Degree candidates: please select the hold for degree option when ordering a transcript.
