FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you're staying onsite for ASACCU 2024, you'll be housed in Hovnanian or Dobbin Hall in the Commons, Villanova's newest living and learning community. Your suite will have two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The Commons is just steps away from Bartley Hall, the Finneran Pavilion and other locations you'll visit during ASACCU 2024. Parking at Villanova is easy! ASACCU 2024 participants will have free parking in our I-1 garage, located at the intersection of Lancaster and Ithan Avenues, just across the street from the Commons. Follow the signs when you arrive on campus!
When you arrive on campus, ask your rideshare driver to follow the "Rideshare" flags to the dropoff location at the entrance to Hovnanian Hall. Our committee members will meet you there!
Participants staying on site will be provided with bedsheets, a blanket, a pillow, two towels and a washcloth.
We recommend bringing the following items with you:
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses/sun hat
- Reusable water bottle
- Comfortable shoes
- Toiletries
- Medications
- Chargers for your digital devices
- Laptops/notebooks for taking notes
- Business cards
- Any necessary travel documents
- An umbrella or rain wear

The forecast for ASACCU 2024 is looking great! Highs could reach the low 90s, so we recommend selecting your attire accordingly. Don't forget your sunscreen! There's a chance of thunderstorms, so bring along an umbrella or some rain wear if you'd like!
ASACCU 2024 is business casual. Our opening dinner and reception is a bit more formal, so you may want to pack a jacket or sportcoat. It will be warm outside but our buildings are air conditioned; you might want to bring along a light sweater just in case!
Yes! Every meal will include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy free options, and all choices will be clearly labeled with potential allergens. Ask a committee member if you have questions or need additional options!
