VISIBLE is now accepting Letters of Interest from Villanova faculty members for our Affiliated Faculty group. We are seeking faculty members from all ranks and disciplines to help Villanova build a community of practitioners and scholars with interest in bringing inclusive leadership theory and practice to our profession. We expect to meet three times per semester as an active working group. This group will:
- Read and discuss relevant scholarship and media
- Build our networks and skill sets
- Create opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Engage in purposeful conversation
- Explore and test ideas
VISIBLE seeks a broad range of voices in our work. We encourage submissions from faculty from historically marginalized groups in any discipline, those with intersectional identities, and/or those with demonstrable experience working for diversity, equity, and inclusion. All Villanova faculty regardless of rank or status, including part-time faculty, are eligible for the program.
VISIBLE Affiliated Faculty will serve for a one-year, renewable period, beginning this semester. Each faculty member will receive a $1,200 stipend for their service in the program. We anticipate about 15 hours of engagement annually.

Please include a brief statement (about 200 words) describing why you would be an effective contributor to the goals of the VISIBLE Affiliated Faculty program. The VISIBLE leadership team will review submissions and notify nominees of their selection status by September 23, 2022.
