The Event Coordinators' Network (ECN) is a collective of staff and faculty involved in event planning & execution on Villanova's campus. The mission of ECN is to provide all Villanovans with resources and development opportunities to help them plan successful events on Villanova's campus.

ECN hosts several meeting each semester, and all are welcome to join. Each meeting is focused around a specific aspect of event planning. Previous meeting topics have included hosting food trucks on campus, event safety, and event technology.

To get involved with ECN, you can request to join our Microsoft Teams channel, where meeting invitations and other helpful information is shared.

UNIVERSITY EVENTS & INITIATIVES

Through the Office of the President, University Events and Initiatives coordinates major university events, supports strategic campus initiatives, oversees the University Events Calendar, and provides general strategy and oversight of event management at Villanova.  

The office also offers support and guidance to departments and campus partners for planning events. Please feel free to reach out with any questions related to planning or hosting events on campus.
