Introducing the Ignite Your Strengths (IYS) Award for Outstanding Programming!
We’re thrilled to launch a new initiative to recognize and celebrate the most impactful Ignite Your Strengths programming at Villanova—the IYS Award!
These contributions may occur within a department, college or across the University, and must support the mission and goals of the IYS initiative.
The award winner(s) will receive a custom award, campus-wide recognition, a write-up about their winning program/initiative and a $500 stipend to further strengths-based programming.
- Anyone involved in campus IYS programming—faculty, staff or students
- Individuals or groups are eligible
- Nominations can be submitted by yourself or by others
- Review the IYS Award Nomination Instructions
- Fill out the Nomination Form
- Deadline for submissions: March 1, 2026
- Nominations open: October 21, 2025
- Submissions due: March 1, 2026
- Winners announced: April 2026
