All classes will be held in Canon Hall at The Commons. Group Fitness classes will run Monday (1/23) through Friday (5/5). Abbreviated schedules will occur during holidays and breaks.

Registration:

  •  Wednesday (1/18), Thursday (1/19), or Friday (1/20) 12PM-2PM and 4PM-6PM in the Davis Center,3rd Floor Conference Room
  • Beginning 1/23/23: New, returning, and additional registrations will be accepted at Canon Hall (Wildcard payment only) during normal hours of operation. Hours of operation can be found on the Group Fitness website.

How to Register:

  • Stop by a registration session, bring your signed waiver and payment (only cash, check, or Wildcard).
  • Complete waiver and make payment (cash, check, or Wildcard accepted).  We cannot accept credit cards at this time.
  •  After registration you will receive an email with instructions on how to  enroll in a class.
  • Beginning 1/23/23: New, returning, and additional registrations will be accepted at Canon Hall (Wildcard payment only) during normal hours of operation. Hours of operation can be found on the Group Fitness website.

Pricing:

 

$110= Unlimited classes per semester

$80= 24 classes per semester

$45= 12 classes per semester

$25= 6 classes per semester

$10= Single class per semester

*Classes will not roll over if they are unused. You have until the end of the semester to use up your class package.

Spring 2023 Group Exercise Registration

Registration and How to Book a Class

  • Registration will be held in the Davis Center, 3rd floor conference room on
    Wednesday (1/18), Thursday (1/19), or Friday (1/20) 12PM-2PM and 4PM-6PM in the Davis Center, 3rd Floor Conference Room.
    • Reformer Pilates registrants can email Gina Palermo at Gina.Palermo@villanova.edu      
  • During registration, you must have your payment ready. Payment can only be cash, check, or wildcard. NO credit cards. 
  • You will also have to sign a waiver. 
    • If you are registering a friend, you must have their payment and waiver ready at registration
  • To Book Your Spot In Class:
    Once you’ve purchased a group exercise package with a member of the Recreation Staff, you will receive an email from Villanova Recreation (external email from services@mail.EZFacility.com) inviting you to register for self service.You may need to check your spam/junk folder for the second email.
  • Frist, accept the invitation
  • Second, create a username and password then select register
  • Third, on the left-hand side select “book sessions”
  • Finally, click the class(es) you want to attend and select book
  • You have 2 weeks up until the class begins to add a class. You have 1 hour up until the class starts to drop it.
  • Packages purchases must be used in the semester they are bought. They will not carry over if you have any unused. 

Classes

  • All classes will be held in Canon Hall located at The Commons. If you are standing underneath the bridge at Saint David's Way (where the Villanova Church is), it is the 3rd building. Please enter towards the Lancaster Ave side.
  • Reformer Pilates classes are held in the Davis Center, 3rd floor.   
  • All classes are open for faculty, staff, and students. Friends of Villanova can register for Reformer Pilates only.
  • Classes will serve on a first come, first serve basis based upon booking through EZFacility. Once the max amount of people (30 for group exercise room, 25 for spin, and 5 for reformer pilates) enters the room, no other participants will be allowed to enter.
  • It is recommended to arrive between 10-15 minutes early to class for check in.
  • No food or drinks (besides water) is allowed in the group exercise rooms. 

Adding More Classes

  • Ran out of classes? Stop by Canon Hall during the hours of operation to purchase another class package. Wildcard payment only.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds will only be accepted for 24 hours after payment is complete and the package is unused.
  • If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, there will be no make-up class.
