The Augustinian Institute
The Augustinian Institute will serve the university as an agent and resource to support its efforts to give Augustine’s thought a vibrant and integral place within Villanova’s academic and community life, and allows that voice of Augustine to continue to speak effectively to today’s world.
- Corpus Augustinianum Gissense (CAG 2). The CAG 2 database contains all known works by Saint Augustine in the best available critical editions. CAG 2 also includes a bibliographic database of more than 27,000 references to secondary literature on Augustine's life and works. Available at http://citrixweb.villanova.edu. - Finding Augustine. A rich and readily accessible bibliographical collection concerning Augustine of Hippo and his legacy. This is the product of a unique international collaboration between institutions of higher learning in Europe and America.
