Interview Rooms
The University Career Center is proud to offer students the ability to book private rooms for virtual or phone interviews.
The Career Center’s Employer Engagement Suite is available to reserve for your upcoming virtual or phone interview. Each interview room within the Employer Engagement Suite is equipped with all the necessary technology and privacy so that you can simply focus your energy on communicating your talents, skills and abilities in your next interview.
With large screens, built-in webcams and microphones, and the option to bring your own device if preferred, our interview rooms will give you the ability to complete your interview privately, seamlessly and professionally.
Interview room bookings are limited to one-hour and two-hour timeslots and can be reserved one week in advance of your interview on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you need accommodations beyond those available within our online booking system, please contact the Career Center, and we will get back to you within one business day during our normal operating hours, Monday – Friday, 9AM-5PM.
The use of the Employer Engagement Suite is restricted to currently matriculated students who need a private place to conduct an employment or graduate school admissions interview.
