Community Climate Survey

Villanova University Community Climate Survey

In order to gain deeper insight into the perceptions of Villanova faculty and staff, the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, President, commissioned the

a Community Climate Survey at the beginning of his Presidency in 2006. The survey was designed to give the President and other University leaders a better understanding of how Villanova is doing in regards to communications, job satisfaction, decision making, leadership, diversity and other critical areas.

In fall 2017, Villanova University conducted a third Community Climate Survey that was modeled after the surveys administered in President Donohue’s first and fifth years as President. The Community Climate Survey was administered anonymously to all Villanova faculty and staff in October 2017 and data collection proceeded through the end of the year with closing of the survey in December 2017.

The results of the survey can be found here. NOTE: Access is only available to current Villanova faculty and staff. Log-in required.
