The Work Control Center is the communications hub for the Facilities Maintenance Office, handling well over 10,000 requests for service per year and receiving all electronic mail messages sent to facilities for maintenance services, custodial services, environment health and pest control, and vehicle maintenance.
If you require immediate assistance or have an emergency, during normal business hours (7:30 am through 4:00 pm M-F), please call Elizabeth DiRita at our Work Control Center at 610-519-4420.
After hours and weekend requests, please contact the Department of Public Safety at 610-519-6979. The Public Safety dispatcher will contact the facilities maintenance person on duty and dispatch the work request. Please be patient as we have only one duty person to attend to your request after hours and weekends. Emergencies after hours or on weekends please call: Public Safety Emergency number 610-519-4444.
