The Custodial Services division of the Facilities Management Office is dedicated to providing a clean and hazard free environment for the University Community, thus enhancing the quality of life on campus.
Our mangers and staff bring with them a wide variety of knowledge and talent that allows them to provide routine cleaning responsibilities as well as providing a responsive service designed to meet your needs.

Our Hours
Normal Business Hours
Our normal business hours are 7:00 am through 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. During these hours you may direct any questions or concerns which you may have to our work control coordinator at 610-519-4460.
Night Shift Hours
Our night shift hours are 10pm - 6:30am. Emergencies are taken care of between 3:30pm - 10pm.
After Hours or Emergencies
After 3:30 pm or on weekends, emergencies may be called in to the Department of Public Safety at 610-519-6979 and they will get in touch with someone on duty.
During School Work Coverage
During the school year our staff is on duty 7 days per week, 24 hours per day to handle routine cleaning of dorms, office areas, academic buildings, dining halls, and sports facilities as well as handling any emergencies that may occur.
During Summer Work Coverage
During the summer months, our staff is on duty 7 days per week between the hours of 7:00 am through 3:30 pm; and 10:30 through 7:00 pm. We also provide emergency service between the hours of 3:30 pm and 10:30 pm.
