The special events team is here to assist you with the planning and implementation of your event . The following are just some of the items we can provide:
- Coordination of rental equipment such as tents, tables and chairs
- Public address systems
- Set up and tear down of equipment
- Platform risers 8” and 12”
- Recycling and trash containers
- Barbeque grills
All requests require a minimum of 5 working days prior notice to allow us to accommodate scheduling for your event. We encourage you call us as early in the planning process as possible for full information on services provided by the Special Events Team.
