Faculty & Staff
The Administrative Mailroom located in Aldwyn Hall processes all incoming and outgoing mail for all of the University offices. Departments can expect one mail delivery and pick up daily from specified locations on campus. Outbound mail that is collected and in Aldwyn Mailroom by 3:00 pm will be processed on the same day. Postage is billed back monthly on the first of every month.

-Log into iPrint
-In the "Order Catalog Items" option, type "Pink Mail Slips" into the search bar.
-Enter your quantity, add to cart.
Services include:
· Daily pick up and delivery of mail and packages including inter office mail.
· Processing of outbound mail and packages
· Receive and verify delivery of accountable mail and packages.
