Faculty & Staff
The Administrative Mailroom located in Kennedy Hall processes all incoming and outgoing mail for all of the University offices. Departments can expect one mail delivery and pick up daily from specified locations on campus. Outbound mail that is collected will go out the same day provided a completed pink postage request slip accompanies the outbound mail.

Change of Address
If your department or an employee in your department is moving, whether it be temporary or permanent, you will need to contact the Mailroom by filling out the change of address form to insure proper delivery of all correspondence.
Inquiring about a package- If you need to inquire about the status of a package that you know was delivered to campus, please email the following information to Mailservices@villanova.edu
1) Date of confirmed delivery to campus
2) Tracking number
3) Recipient name
