The Villanova University Alumni Association is thrilled to re-launch our travel program! Explore destinations around the world with Villanova alumni, family and friends.


We invite the entire Villanova community to join us as we celebrate the University’s traditions and values through our alumni travel program. Our trips provide a rich travel experience thanks to their educational character, unique access to special events and, most importantly, traveling with your fellow Wildcats.

Getaway to Iceland

March 3-7, 2023

Iceland, known as the Land of Fire and Ice, is a country full of contrasts. From steamy hot springs to top-notch spas, spectacular scenery to art museums, this unique land is the perfect place to relax, recharge and explore.

The Great Journey Through Europe: Switzerland, France, Germany and The Netherlands

This extraordinary 11-day “Grand Tour” of Europe features a unique combination of river, rail, lake and mountain travel including five nights aboard the new, deluxe Amadeus Imperial. Journey through Switzerland, France, Germany and the Netherlands while cruising the Rhine River. Spend two nights each in Lucerne and Zermatt. Ride aboard three legendary railways—the Pilatus Railway, the world’s steepest cogwheel railway, the Gornergrat Bahn for views of the Matterhorn and the Glacier Express from Andermatt to Zermatt.

Book before November 11 to receive an early booking discount rate of $630 - $1,000 per person (price based on cabin category). There are additional discounts available for those who pay in full at the time of booking via ACH (a $500 per person discount) or credit card (a $250 discount). Required International SOS Coverage

All travelers on Villanova University sponsored international travel who are not current University employees or students are required to purchase an individual International SOS Membership prior to trip departure. International SOS provides predeparture services such as vaccination requirements, required medication, and travel security information, as well as many services while traveling such as worldwide assistance, security and medical evacuation services, telephone advice from a physician and referrals to more than 68,000 global, vetted providers. Each traveler will need to purchase their individual ISOS membership directly through ISOS at buymembership.internationalsos.com and provide the policy number to the travel coordinator. In certain circumstances, any traveler who is ineligible to purchase an individual ISOS membership should secure similar coverage that includes medical and emergency evacuation and repatriation coverage, and provide evidence of such purchase.
