Orientation Counselors

Questions are common for new students and families! If your question is unanswered on this website or in our printed material, please contact us—we're here to help.

BEFORE TRANSFER ORIENTATION WEEKEND

You can find a checklist of items that need to be submitted to Villanova before the fall semester in myNova.

New students are required to attend New Student Orientation. There is no need to register in advance.

Knowing that you have some college experience already, we've tailored a specialized Transfer Orientation program just for you. This program has valuable information, tips and tricks and presentations to make sure you have a smooth transition. The program begins on Thursday, Aug. 22 and ends on Sunday, Aug. 25.

Villanova does not guarantee on-campus housing for transfer students. You should begin looking for off-campus housing. Many off campus students, including transfers, live at the Villas at Bryn Mawr and room with other transfers. This is one option for our students if you are looking for an apartment complex close to campus with a shuttle that runs right to Villanova's campus. To find a roommate, reach out to other transfers you see in the Facebook group and chat via Facebook or Instagram!

All Transfers will be assigned to our Transfer Counselor Team.  Transfer Counselors will be contacting you soon with information about the program.

You will get an email from your academic/transfer advisor. They will schedule an online meeting with you and walk you through what classes you should be taking and the registration process.

Absolutely! Our team of Transfer Counselors is more than happy to chat with anyone who may have questions. They went through the process themselves and can give you first-hand experience and advice. Contact us at orientation@villanova.edu to chat!
