Sample Summer Dining Hall Menu
For the best dining value and efficiency, guest groups can select a package of all-you-care-to-eat dining hall buffet meals that fits their needs and schedule. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served seven days a week. There are two and a half-hour windows of time allotted for service of each meal and ample seating arrangements to accommodate up to 500 guests at one time. The Conference Reservations Manager will assign a seating time for each group of diners which expedites dining hall logistics and keeps attendees on task with their day’s agenda.
One fixed price for each of the respective daily meals helps planners project their food budget expenses based on a guarantee number of projected diners submitted to the Office of Conference Services ten days in advance of a meeting.
Daily dining hall menus include ever-changing, hot food entrées served cafeteria-style along with a large, self- service salad/soup/deli bar, dessert stations (with soft ice cream sundaes), hot and cold beverage stations, a breakfast cereal station, a bread/muffin/bagel station, and, of course, the perpetual Philly cheese steaks, hot dogs, hamburgers, and pizza. Special dietary provisions can be accommodated in the dining hall with advance notice, and vegetarian and vegan dining is always a component of the menu for each meal. Gluten-free items can be made to order.
