June 24, 2020: Message from the Vice President for Student Life about the start of the fall semester

Villanova’s 2020 fall semester will be in person and on-campus, but it will be unlike any in the University’s 178-year history. It will look different, it will feel different, and how we do things will be different, but what’s unchanged is our commitment to you—the members of our community—and to making Villanova a special place to learn, live and work.

Become What You Are Not Yet.” Villanovans take these words of Saint Augustine to heart, challenging themselves to step outside their comfort zones, push boundaries and learn who they truly are. While intellectual growth is the hallmark of a Villanova education, nurturing and developing the whole person is equally valued. Villanova supports students throughout their journey, helping them to realize their full potential by providing opportunities to engage, serve and ignite change.
