Villanova Nursing and USciences sign affiliation agreement

Villanova University College of Nursing and University of the Sciences (USciences) announce an affiliation agreement, effective immediately, through which qualified USciences students and graduates will be offered enrollment in the Accelerated BSN Program for College Graduates (BSNEXpress).

“We have been impressed by the quality of the USciences graduates who have entered our program to earn their BSN degree and gone on to successfully launch their professional nursing careers. We look forward to a continued relationship with USciences,” says Maryanne Lieb, MSN, RN, coordinator of the Second Degree Programs.

The BSNExpress program is a 14-month, second degree program that incorporates all the standard components of the nursing program in a concentrated timeframe. This program is approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.

This agreement provides for acceptance of up to five students or graduates annually and increases the breadth of opportunities for USciences students to continue their education in the health professions. The students and graduates must meet all admission criteria.
