Real Estate Development

Offered jointly with the Villanova School of Business, the Real Estate Development minor is specially designed for Civil Engineering students to learn more about commercial real estate development from a business perspective. Courses include real estate investments, development and legal issues, to complement civil engineering courses related to economics and land development.

DID YOU KNOW?

Offered through the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate, Civil Engineering students take classes and interact with VSB students who are themselves pursuing a Real Estate minor (or co-major) within VSB.
