Fall 2024 Meal Plan Registration - First round is closed

Choices made / plans defaulted as of the June 17th deadline are now being processed and sent to the Bursar's office for billing.  If you will reside on campus and did not complete registration you have been placed in the default plan for your housing type. The forms will re-open on or about July 12, 2024 to accept changes following the procedure below.

Third year and above students living in on campus apartments may opt out of the meal plan, however registration must still be completed with Opt Out selected.

Once you are ready to make your selection, log on to the housing and dining portal at to complete registration.

Once you log in at and are on the home page you will see a link that says “housing application” at the top.  Click that, then select Academic Year 2024-2025 once the application opens there will be links down the left side – one of them being meal plan selection.  Click that and you will see the form to choose your plan.

Please note the timeline below.

  • Now – June 17, 2024 – Meal plan registration form is open in the Housing and Dining Portal
  • June 18, 2024 – Registration closes, selected or defaulted plans are assessed and sent to the Bursar for Billing
  • July 12, 2024 (approx) – Meal plan change form opens.
  • August 24, 2024 – Meal plan service begins.  Any changes or dropped may incur a usage charge.
  • September 3, 2024 – Meal plan change form closes, no changes or drops to Fall 2024 meal plans are accepted after this date.

Your Fall 2024 meal plan selection will automatically carry over to Spring 2025 unless you request a change during the change period which will open early December 2024.  Meal plans do not carry over to to the next academic year so registration must be completed for each Fall.
