PLEASE NOTE - Due to technical issues with the meal plan change form, the opening of the change period has been delayed to December 13, 2024

Changes to Spring 2025 Meal plans open from December 13, 2024 through January 21, 2025

Attention! - your Fall 2025 meal plan will carry over to the Spring semester - no action is needed if you do not wish to change your meal plan.

Please note the timeline below.

• December 13, 2024 - change form opens at housing.villanova.edu
• Updates will be sent to the Bursar as recieved, Bursar accounts should be updated within 2 business days of submitting a change request
• December 20, 2024 through January 6, 2025 - The University is closed, no accounts will be updated
• January 6, 2025 - changes made from December 20, 2024 through January 6, 2025 will be updated on Bursar accounts by January 8, 2025
• January 21, 2025 – Meal plan change form closes, no changes or drops to Spring 2025 meal plans are accepted after this date

Your Fall 2024 meal plan selection will automatically carry over to Spring 2025 unless you request a change during the change period which will open early December 2024.  Meal plans do not carry over to to the next academic year so registration must be completed for each Fall.
