APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Please prepare a business resume that includes your educational and professional information.

One official transcript from each undergraduate or graduate institution attended must be sent to the Graduate Business Office. Villanova alumni must have their transcripts sent officially through the Registrar's Office to the Graduate Business Office.

Unofficial transcripts may be used for admissions review. However, official degree bearing transcripts will be required before the start of classes.

Recommendations can be professional references from individuals who know you in an employment setting (internships work as well) and are written by a current/previous supervisor. For those students who do not have work experience, academic recommendations are welcomed. Please refrain from using personal recommendations (family, friends, etc.).

The essay questions can be found on the online application.

All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of $65. The fee is to be paid by credit card in the online application site upon submission.

MSBA applicants are not required to take the GMAT or GRE. However, it is strongly recommended for candidates with a non-technical background or an undergraduate GPA lower than 3.0. Please arrange for official reports to be sent directly to Villanova University (Program Code: 8PP-NJ-08 for the GMAT; 2959 for the GRE). The Admissions Committee will consider your highest score if you have taken the test more than once. For more information about the GMAT test and how to register, please visit www.mba.com. For information on the GRE, please visit www.ets.org/gre.

International applicants must submit a TOEFL score and a transcript evaluation. Please send scores to school code 2952.

To talk to an enrollment advisor, please call (610) 519-3805.

2024-2025 TUITION AND AID

Tuition for the MSBA is $1,765 per credit. Newly admitted students will be locked in for the duration of the program at the official rate at their point of enrollment. Financial assistance in the form of student loans is available. In addition, the university assesses a $100 general fee each semester.

The VSB admissions team encourages you to apply for scholarships as early as possible within the current admissions cycle. Funding is limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Scholarship applications will be found in your application status portal after your application has been reviewed by the admissions office. Scholarship offers and award amounts will be determined by a holistic review of the application for admission and thorough evaluation of a variety of indicators, including (but not limited to) rigor of coursework, undergraduate GPA, and standardized test scores.

The Villanova School of Business is pleased to offer merit scholarships to academically and professionally accomplished students. Once admitted, if you are not awarded a scholarship, you can submit a Scholarship Request Form, which will appear on your Application Status Page. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed for merit award eligibility. An additional essay will be required when submitting this form.

Scholarship decisions are typically made within a week of submitting the form. If you have any questions about the scholarship process, please reach out to our admissions representatives.

Information regarding financial assistance available to graduate students may be obtained from the Villanova University Office of Financial Assistance.
